Without Borders Academy Coordinator 

CHARIS Refugees is looking for a special person as Academy Coordinator to lead and inspire participants at our Without Borders Academy!   

Without Borders Academy is an exciting new venture connected to our social enterprise coffee shop and art gallery to support refugees and asylum seekers to develop skills and confidence working in the kitchen, or front of house.  

This isn't just an admin role. It is a highly relational opportunity to combine organisation with real human impact. You will guide a diverse mix of young people (16-18) and adults, helping them grow both personally and professionally.
